is specifically designed to accomodate various needs along the way. All of our options and accessories can be installed at the
time of ordering your bed or added at any time down the road.
Standard is bed equipped with 2 rails (1 per side). Additional set adds 1 more per side for a total of 4 on the bed. For certain users, additional rails can offer security and extra assistance for repositioning in bed. (Photo above shows 2 rails far side and 1 rail near side).
Overhead assistive device with adjustable handle makes repositioning in bed easier.
For some users, shifting in bed takes less effort when reaching up instead of to the side rails. Best for clients with some upper body strength.
LED nightlight automatically activates with motion in a dark room setting.
The light is positioned at side of bed, directed toward the floor, illuminating the area to provide
for safer transfers. Light will automatically turn off after several minutes with no motion.
4-outlet portable battery back-up unit provides uninterrupted bed operation in the case of power failure.
Allows for limited operation of critical functions so user can always be moved to comfortable
position during power outage.
Protective Rail Pad slides over the Aura Bed rail to provide additional protection. Foam-backed vinyl is fluid-proof and stain-resistant.
Rail pads are sold individually and are especially helpful for users that are prone to involuntary movements.
Flexible LED reading lamp provides convenient light in any position for the user to read in bed or for others to provide care without turning on bright room lights.
On/Off switch is located on lamp head for easy access. Light can be mounted at either side of the headboard.
3-pocket Rail Organizer can be easily attached to any rail (using Velcro) and provides a convenient pouch to store reading material, TV remotes, glasses and other items.
Made from fluid-proof, stain-resistant vinyl.
Great for taller users, the extension adds 8” of additional length to the bed frame and mattress.
Recommended for anyone 6’2” or taller, the Extension is easily installed without tools. Available
for both 39” and 48” width beds.
Provides users with a large, sturdy surface to keep reading material, food or medications within easy reach. Equipped with a spill-proof, sealed edge and additional flip-up shelf.
Automatic Gas Lift mechanism means effortless raising and lowering over time.
The specialized delivery cart is the safest and easiest method for transporting the bed between rooms or to different locations.
